Our range includes Artificial Trees, Dried Floral, Floral Stems, Bushes & Picks, Vases, and essential Floral Supplies.

• Nature-Inspired Quality: Products are selected for their realistic appearance and durability.
• Delicate & Perishable Items: Certain items, such as Dried Floral, Dried Floral Arrangements, and all types of Floral Foam, are inherently fragile or subject to degradation. These are clearly marked and have specific handling and return conditions (see Section 7).
• Product Imagery: We strive for accurate representations. Slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur due to screen settings, natural material properties, and handmade elements.

3. User Obligations & Account Responsibility

By using our site, you agree to:

4. Orders, Pricing, & Payment Terms

Order Process:

All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance. Order confirmation via email constitutes an acceptance of your offer to purchase.

Pricing:

Prices are listed in US Dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

Payment Methods:

We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely at the time of order.

Order Processing & Shipping:

• Processing: Orders are lovingly hand-checked and packed. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before dispatch.
• Shipping Regions: We ship globally, excluding Asia and some remote regions.
• Shipping Methods & Timelines:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically within 10-15 days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically within 15-25 days after dispatch.
• You will receive a tracking notification once your order ships. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, as they depend on carrier performance and customs processing.

5. Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

Your satisfaction is paramount. Our full policy is detailed on our homepage, summarized here:

• Eligibility Window: Most items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale): For safety, hygiene, and integrity reasons, the following cannot be returned:
  • Dried Floral & Dried Floral Arrangements.
  • Fresh Floral Foam & Dried Floral Foam.
  • Craft Foam & Floral Foam with opened packaging.
  • Custom or Made-to-Order Floral Arrangements.
  • Items damaged by customer misuse, or showing signs of use, assembly, or alteration.
• Condition: Returnable items must be in original, unopened, resalable condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Process: Initiate a request by emailing [email protected] within the 15-day window. An RMA number is required. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
• Refunds: Upon approval, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Michaels Shop or its suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. • You acknowledge and agree that the natural and delicate nature of certain products (like dried florals) makes them susceptible to breakage or deterioration, and we are not liable for such inherent characteristics after delivery.
