Our Returns & Exchanges Promise

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the delivery date. Your satisfaction is paramount, and we aim to make the process as smooth as arranging a beautiful Bouquet.

⚠️ Important: Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety and quality of all our products, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Dried Floral & Dried Floral Arrangements: Due to their delicate, natural, and perishable nature.
  • Fresh Floral Foam & Dried Floral Foam: For hygiene and product integrity reasons once shipped.
  • Craft Foam & Floral Foam (opened): Any foam product where the original packaging has been opened or compromised.
  • Custom or Made-to-Order Floral Arrangements.
  • Items that are damaged due to customer misuse, or that show signs of being used, assembled, or altered.

All items must be returned in their original, unopened, and resalable condition with all tags and packaging intact.

The Returns & Exchanges Process: A Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Initiate Your Request: Contact our customer care team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Please use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to ship your return. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.
  3. Package Securely: Please repackage the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send your package to the address provided in your RMA instructions. Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
  5. Inspection & Processing: Once received at our studio, our team will inspect the returned items. Processing typically takes 3-5 business days after arrival.

Refund Timeline & Method

Upon approval of your return:

  • Timeline: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we have processed and approved the return.
  • Method: The refund will be issued back to the original form of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). The timing for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment processor.
  • Exchanges: For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the return is approved. Standard shipping charges apply for the new shipment.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees (Standard or Free Shipping) are non-refundable.
