Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide from our studio in San Francisco! However, please note that delivery to some remote areas in Asia and other select regions may not be available at this time. Our checkout process will confirm availability for your specific address.

We offer two transparent shipping options to suit your creative timeline:

1. Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): Expedited service via DHL or FedEx. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after it leaves our studio.

2. Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note: All timelines are estimates from the date of shipment and do not include the initial 1-2 business days for order processing in our studio.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey with our trusted carriers (DHL, FedEx, or EMS).
My order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe. What should I do?
We partner with reliable global carriers, but occasional delays can happen. First, please use your tracking number for the most current status.
